Decisions

Mikey is helping me learn to make decisions based on simple math equations. Here's one example:
β = magnitude of bad consequence (rate from 1 to 10)
p = probability bad consequence would happen

if βp < 5, do it
if βp > 5, don't do it
And there you have it. Decision making made easy courtesy of Mikey.

The beta, or magnitude of badness, has to be on a scale from 1 to 10, or else this makes no sense.
