5 things I love about my Italian professor:

• That she wears lots (and lots and lots) of bracelets. Yesterday I counted 12.
• Her big hair
• The way she shows us the intonation of a word (picture a cross between pointing at the ceiling while making a lassoing-motion with your arm and hula-hooping with the lower half of your body).
• Her sense of humor
• Her persistance

I feel so lucky to be in Bologna taking Italian from probably the most hilarious woman in the city. I love her. And I love my Mikey the most who stays home with the Ada Lou (who is getting increasingly hard to just set down and leave to play by herself).
