Up

There are moments in your life when you feel divinely comfortable with who you are, what you're doing, the way your life is seeming to ebb and flow. There are bright spots on the horizon that your compass is taking you toward, and the bumps along the way only seem to slow you up long enough to give you extra umph as soon as they are passed. You're comfortable. Not in a complacent way, but in a warm, stable, steady way. That was today. It was steady. One more step along my life-long crescendo. One more step up.
